Having an issue with one of our products? Please let us know!

K-TEK Nanotechnology products are backed by our Product Performance Guarantee. If our products are not performing to specification standards and it has been confirmed to be defective, we will gladly replace the product. We ask that you always inspect your purchase upon receipt for any damage that might have occurred during shipment.

When a product has been determined to be in need of replacement, we require that the entire quantity that was purchased be returned to us. In turn, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
